Does the Thule 422xt truck rack compatible with a truck tool box .?

I have a 04 nissan frontier with a tool box and was wondering if this thule rack would require me to take my tool box off or is there mounting brackets that would allow me to have both|||i don't know if your truck has in -bed rail system or not,but i would think the tool box could slide rear ward a few inches to accommodate
