Removing a thule lock cylinder broken key?

i have a ski rack that the key broke off in the lock, how do i fix it?|||I suppose that you don't have any lock pick tools, so you might try something like a large safety pin or a hair pin that is bent open to wedge under the key to work it out. you can take that part to a locksmith %26amp; they can make a new one.
